On Thursday, May 2, at 7-8:30 pm, there will be another opportunity for congregation members to give input to the board on the disposition of the cottage on Myrtle Street. The board will be hosting a Zoom meeting that will be open to all congregation members. Each congregant who wants to speak will have 2 minutes time so that we will be able to allow as many speakers as possible to voice their opinion. Each congregant will be given one opportunity to give their opinion. We will use the "raise hand" function on Zoom to determine the order in which people will be speaking. Congregants may speak on their own behalf only. There will be a short presentation on each of the two options that are being discussed by the board. The vote on cottage will be held at the May board meeting. There is a 2/3 majority required for the motion to pass.
